Tauno Rea was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 27 minutes into the match, FC D's Erni Trummi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sten Vatsel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alari Ragel during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 34th match minute, FC D was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alari Ragel to maneuver through the defense. The audience held their breath when Valdur Ylipikk in the 35th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Tauno Rea's left hand side. FC D's Tauno Rea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvard Juur in the 39th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaspar Püss in the 41st minute of play forced FC D's goalkeeper Tauno Rea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 42 minutes, Kaspar Püss managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JK Kalamaja Tormajad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kaspar Püss was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Juss Vabamüürlane during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 44 played minutes FC D got a freekick which was hit by Juss Vabamüürlane. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After 52 played minutes FC D got a freekick which was hit by Martti Veermäe. If Armin Seen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. JK Kalamaja Tormajad's Sten Vatsel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erni Trummi in the 60th minute of play. Edvard Juur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Tauno Rea made a huge save. If Kaspar Püss had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Edvard Juur came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the JK Kalamaja Tormajad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edvard Juur couldn't finish the play. FC D's Armin Seen got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Armin Seen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sten Vatsel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. The supporters of JK Kalamaja Tormajad booed when FC D was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ergo Üits didn't get a good kick on the ball. JK Kalamaja Tormajad were awarded a corner in the 89th minute after FC D's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Valdur Ylipikk took the corner.
