The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kuido Kurk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Jaanus Püha came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the FC Pilistvere Spartak fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jaanus Püha couldn't finish the play. After having played for 53 minutes, Kuido Kurk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Pilistvere Spartak's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kuido Kurk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Helmut Laanemaa came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Pilistvere Spartak's Jaanus Püha. But to his dismay, Jaanus Püha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Otto Kalde was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 84th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Kuido Kurk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Helmut Laanemaa having to interfere. Ainar Eilat's late challenge caught a FC Pilistvere Spartak's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ainar Eilat helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC Pelgu getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Ainar Eilat hit a great ball. Helmut Laanemaa acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 91st minute, took the ball on the long shot from Otto Kalde.
