Ivo Volmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Janari Aller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eevald Püss charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eevald Püss the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd minute, Eevald Püss hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 23rd minute, Mati Aare left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kuresaare FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When Mati Aare came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Kuresaare FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mati Aare couldn't finish the play. If Oskar Karuse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ivo Volmer was a little too slow when Bert Vilo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 45th minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 47th match minute, JK Uimerdised was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janari Aller to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mati Aare stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Riho Arumäe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mati Aare in the 58th minute of play. After some careless play in the JK Uimerdised defense, Janno Lepanurm kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Riho Arumäe. The JK Uimerdised fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Riho Arumäe should have stopped the shot. Kuresaare FC's Ivo Volmer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bert Vilo in the 67th minute of play. Janno Lepanurm succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 77th playminute. In the 80th match minute, Kuresaare FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kalvi Kender to maneuver through the defense. Mati Aare fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Riho Arumäe having to interfere. Riho Arumäe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mati Aare's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. After 89 played minutes JK Uimerdised got a freekick which was hit by Mehis Tohter. Janno Lepanurm took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Riho Arumäe. Riho Arumäe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. The JK Uimerdised supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kuresaare FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Kuresaare FC.
