The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Toomas Antsov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th minute, Toomas Antsov made a precise shot to the right of Riho Arumäe. JK Uimerdised's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Riho Arumäe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toomas Antsov, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After 14 played minutes JK Uimerdised got a freekick which was hit by Priidik Neppi. The long shot by Valdo Olumets in the 15th minute really tested Riho Arumäe's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. JK Uimerdised's Riho Arumäe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Toomas Antsov in the 16th minute of play. Volli Olev charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Volli Olev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Volli Olev kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Antti Heinola kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Toomas Antsov recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Toomas Antsov who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 29thth minute tested the skills of Riho Arumäe when he managed to save the team from getting behind. JK Uimerdised's Riho Arumäe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Volli Olev in the 32nd minute of play. A collision led to JK Uimerdised getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Janari Aller hit a great ball. Valdo Olumets struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Riho Arumäe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saksikyulya. Riho Arumäe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaanek Valgupera in the 35th minute of play. Riho Arumäe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valdo Olumets, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Saksikyulya fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when Saksikyulya's Toomas Antsov looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The crowd rose to their feet as Saksikyulya's Toomas Antsov slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Riho Arumäe. That made the score 3-0 after 42 minutes of play. Riho Arumäe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Toomas Antsov in the 46th minute of the match. Jaanek Valgupera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Riho Arumäe having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Rein Teller charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rein Teller the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Toomas Antsov in the 54th minute of play forced JK Uimerdised's goalkeeper Riho Arumäe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Riho Arumäe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdo Olumets, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After a rather tough play, JK Uimerdised's Janari Aller got a free kick in the 58th minute. Toomas Antsov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd match minute, JK Uimerdised was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Linnus to maneuver through the defense. In the 71st minute Valdo Olumets shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Riho Arumäe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Valdo Olumets's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Riho Arumäe was relentless in the 77th minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Toomas Antsov managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saksikyulya's supporters rose to their feet, but Toomas Antsov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Riho Arumäe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Saksikyulya's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
