But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lembit Ani couldn't finish the play. If Vallo Lemmik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Uudo Toiger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ailar Hurt went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 20 minutes into the match, Ailar Hurt had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Uudo Toiger. FC Youngsters's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ailar Hurt was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Mattias Virks made in the 24th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Henrik Kaiklem however managed to control. Vallo Lemmik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute, Ailar Hurt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Manchester United getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Kris Toim hit a great ball. In the 43rdth minute of the game Vallo Lemmik who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Youngsters's Uudo Toiger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 44 minutes in the game Henrik Kaiklem did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ahto Idasaar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vallo Lemmik in the 47th minute of play forced FC Youngsters's goalkeeper Uudo Toiger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 49th minute Manchester United were awarded a corner. Jüri Truupõld went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Ailar Hurt almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Youngsters's Uudo Toiger did a great save.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ahto Idasaar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute, Vallo Lemmik ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Uudo Toiger was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ailar Hurt got free with Uudo Toiger in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the FC Youngsters defense, Vallo Lemmik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Uudo Toiger. The FC Youngsters fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Uudo Toiger should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Virgo Kobakäpp during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 74 played minutes Manchester United got a freekick which was hit by Virgo Kobakäpp. Maarek Orupõld took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahto Idasaar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 78th minute Lembit Ani suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. The supporters of FC Youngsters booed when Manchester United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgo Kobakäpp didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hannes Ülle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Uudo Toiger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Manchester United's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
