Spectators: 7474 (Terracing: 5607, Seating: 1718, VIP seats: 149) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arto Külaase started the match with the kick off. fc Kauksi:s Eino Kajastu showed great skill when he stopped Ailar Vikat:s penalty. In the 15th minute, Rudolf Teinemaa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eino Kajastu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rudolf Teinemaa in the 18th minute of the match. If Tom Rakke had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kalmer Lehtpuu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tom Rakke in the 28th minute. After 31 played minutes Lepplaane got a freekick which was hit by Janis Voltri. In the 35th minute, Argo Vahher hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 36 played minutes, Lepplaane's Ailar Vikat shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eino Kajastu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lepplaane reached it. After having played for 39 minutes, Rudolf Teinemaa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lepplaane's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rudolf Teinemaa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in fc Kauksi's zone, Rudolf Teinemaa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eino Kajastu came out of the goal and Rudolf Teinemaa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Lepplaane's Rudolf Teinemaa in the 45th minute got a chance for a shot 45th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye fc Kauksi's goalie prevented a goal. After 47 minutes, Ailar Vikat mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lepplaane and the fc Kauksi players grew even worse after the yellow card. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edvin Oinak made a kick off. Eino Kajastu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arto Külaase's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Rudolf Teinemaa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eino Kajastu having to interfere. Rudolf Teinemaa's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Eino Kajastu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Taimo Haas's late challenge caught a Lepplaane's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Taimo Haas helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to fc Kauksi getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Taimo Haas hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arto Külaase in the 76th minute of play forced fc Kauksi's goalkeeper Eino Kajastu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lepplaane's Kalmer Lehtpuu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvin Oinak in the 79th minute of play. Arto Külaase fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eino Kajastu having to interfere. Rudolf Teinemaa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Eino Kajastu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eino Kajastu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arto Külaase in the 91st minute of play. Rudolf Teinemaa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 100th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eino Kajastu having to interfere.
