Spectators: 7490 (Terracing: 5618, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 149) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kuno Räim got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute Kuno Räim shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evert Hell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Evert Hell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kuno Räim in the 7th minute of play. Evert Hell came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Marjandi SK's Kuno Räim. But to his dismay, Kuno Räim quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Urmet Vähi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evert Hell having to interfere. Üllar Kohv made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bonifacio Gonza in the 20th minute. The Marjandi SK fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when Marjandi SK's Kuno Räim looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Kuno Räim struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Evert Hell didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marjandi SK. Urmet Vähi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Evert Hell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Evert Hell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Urmet Vähi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bonifacio Gonza to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Marjandi SK got a freekick which was hit by Urmet Vähi. Kuno Räim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 56 minutes, Urmet Vähi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marjandi SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Urmet Vähi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elmo Sau got free with Evert Hell in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Urmet Vähi fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marjandi SK's protests and gave Urmet Vähi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Marjandi SK getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Urmet Vähi hit a great ball. Orsava's Evert Hell proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Orsava from getting a goal against them. If Ilmar Kaar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mario Raks's late challenge caught a Marjandi SK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mario Raks helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th minute, one of Orsava:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Orsava. In the 70th minute, Ilmar Kaar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Evert Hell managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Marjandi SK's Urmet Vähi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
