Tauri Nuume started the match with the kick off. Guido Palts struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Rando Allikas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Bande. 6 minutes into the match, FC Fortuna's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Alp came free, but Rando Allikas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Fortuna's Rando Allikas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andreas Alp in the 13th minute of play. Kalle Kork's late challenge caught a FC Bande's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kalle Kork helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to FC Fortuna getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Kalle Kork hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the match, FC Fortuna's goal looked a bit too open when Andreas Alp came free, but Rando Allikas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The goalkeeper, Ander Veskimeister, was totally fooled by FC Fortuna's Madis Jaas, who 17 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 21 minutes into the game, Tauri Nuume cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Rando Allikas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tauri Nuume fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rando Allikas having to interfere. Rando Allikas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henri Hurt's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. 40 minutes into the match, FC Bande's goalkeeper Ander Veskimeister had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Madis Jaas. In the 41st minute, Henri Hurt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 42nd minute, Eldur Ernesaks got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When Tauri Nuume came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the FC Bande fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tauri Nuume couldn't finish the play. Andreas Alp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rando Allikas having to interfere. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Tauri Nuume sped through FC Fortuna's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rando Allikas. When Tauri Nuume came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the FC Bande fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tauri Nuume couldn't finish the play. Rando Allikas made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Andreas Alp sent off a good shot on target. When FC Bande's Tauri Nuume in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Fortuna's goalie prevented a goal. 65 minutes into the match, FC Bande's goal looked a bit too open when Eldur Ernesaks came free, but Ander Veskimeister reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Konrad Teller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ander Veskimeister read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Konrad Teller struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Ander Veskimeister didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Fortuna. If Tauri Nuume had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Erkki Olt fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Fortuna's protests and gave Erkki Olt a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC Fortuna's Erkki Olt got a free kick in the 78th minute. Tauri Nuume fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rando Allikas having to interfere. FC Bande's Tauri Nuume got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Andreas Alp blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rando Allikas having to make a save. If Tauri Nuume had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Andreas Alp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match was over FC Bande could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Fortuna throughout the match.
