Spectators: 7562 (Terracing: 5962, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Imre Lõokene started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Liverpool booed when Sepise was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kert Kõlar didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Imre Lõokene came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Sepise fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Imre Lõokene couldn't finish the play. Gert Uluots showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Härmo Lepassaar, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. After 16 minutes, Imre Lõokene mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sepise and the Liverpool players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Liverpool booed when Sepise was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Imre Lõokene didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 19 minutes, Egon Lehtmäe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sepise's supporters crossed their fingers, but Egon Lehtmäe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Harald Alamaa kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Liverpool's Tambet Liiva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Imre Lõokene in the 24th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Sepise's goal looked a bit too open when Peedu Kaljus came free, but Gert Uluots reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Liverpool's Peedu Kaljus slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gert Uluots. That made the score 1-0 after 29 minutes of play. 33 minutes into the game, Villem Veenpere was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sepise's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Liverpool the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sepise fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 32nd minute. Penalty! Härmo Lepassaar shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Peedu Kaljus got free with Gert Uluots in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Peedu Kaljus made a kick off. If Peedu Kaljus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute Peedu Kaljus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gert Uluots saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Imre Lõokene received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Tambet Liiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gert Uluots showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kalju Ambros in the 71st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Sepise defense, Kalju Ambros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gert Uluots. The Sepise fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gert Uluots should have stopped the shot. Gert Uluots didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Peedu Kaljus went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Gert Uluots made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Härmo Lepassaar in the 91st minute of play.
