An unexpectedly hard shot by Taavet Ööbik in the 12th minute of play forced Yagu's goalkeeper Harri Joon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alo Hurt took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harri Joon. Harri Joon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After 16 played minutes TSC Tartu Seminar got a freekick which was hit by Taavet Ööbik. In the 17th match minute, Yagu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eedi Ringo to maneuver through the defense. Yagu's defense didn't have a chance, in the 21st minute, when Alo Hurt scored to the left of an out of position Harri Joon, making the score, 2-0. A collision led to TSC Tartu Seminar getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Priidik Lill hit a great ball. Edvin Keskrand took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harri Joon. Harri Joon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. If Alo Hurt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harri Joon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alo Hurt in the 32nd minute. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Alo Hurt took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Harri Joon to make any attempt to save it. 35 minutes into the match, Yagu's goalkeeper Harri Joon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edvin Keskrand. Kaspar Leiten charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kaspar Leiten the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. It was beautiful to see TSC Tartu Seminar's Priidik Lill in action when he in the 39th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! 46 minutes into the game, Taavet Ööbik recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Harri Joon. Taavet Ööbik showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Alo Hurt made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Edvin Keskrand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Harri Joon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 54th minute, Alo Hurt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 58 minutes into the match, TSC Tartu Seminar's goalkeeper Kaspar Vilu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gunnar Lehis. After 59 played minutes Yagu got a freekick which was hit by Eedi Ringo. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Alo Hurt managed to get in a good position for a shot. TSC Tartu Seminar's supporters rose to their feet, but Alo Hurt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Harri Joon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 63 minutes into the match, Yagu's goal looked a bit too open when Edvard Uibo came free, but Harri Joon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, TSC Tartu Seminar's goalkeeper Kaspar Vilu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gunnar Lehis. Edvin Keskrand took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harri Joon. Harri Joon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alo Hurt in the 71st minute of play. One of Yagu:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of TSC Tartu Seminar:s goal. After 83 minutes of play, TSC Tartu Seminar's Edvin Keskrand made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Harri Joon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Taavet Ööbik might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Harri Joon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Taavet Ööbik ran back to his position shaking his head. Harri Joon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alo Hurt went, in the 91st minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. After 94 minutes, Egon Rooba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yagu and the TSC Tartu Seminar players grew even worse after the yellow card.
