The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 13th match minute, Hardstyle United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardino Hunfredo to maneuver through the defense. When Bogdan Niedbalski came up free with the goalie in the 19th minute, the Hardstyle United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bogdan Niedbalski couldn't finish the play. Bogdan Niedbalski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peep Lind having to interfere. Bogdan Niedbalski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Peep Lind read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Rafael Chaves received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Peep Lind tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Luyste defense, Rafael Chaves kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Peep Lind. The Luyste fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Peep Lind should have stopped the shot. Peep Lind took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bogdan Niedbalski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Peep Lind stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bogdan Niedbalski's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. The audience was convinced that Bogdan Niedbalski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Peep Lind was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. In the 38th minute, Luyste's Volli Vabadus seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Volli Vabadus the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Luyste protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Volli Vabadus had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 40th minute there was a penalty for Hardstyle United. Bo Dallas stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Peep Lind. 0-2.
