Spectators: 8092 (Terracing: 6070, Seating: 1861, VIP seats: 161) TSC Tartu Seminar's Alo Hurt started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pajusi's Priidu Vainamäe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvin Keskrand in the 4th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alo Hurt in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Priidu Vainamäe saved Pajusi from getting behind. Edvin Keskrand fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Priidu Vainamäe having to interfere. After 10 minutes of play, TSC Tartu Seminar's Arno Vabamüürlane made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Priidu Vainamäe was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edvin Keskrand took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Priidu Vainamäe. Priidu Vainamäe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Priidu Vainamäe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edvin Keskrand, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. TSC Tartu Seminar's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Arno Vabamüürlane in the 18th minute. Arno Vabamüürlane made a great header on TSC Tartu Seminar's corner, it was just that Pajusi's Priidu Vainamäe managed to reach the ball for a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Edvin Keskrand managed to get in a good position for a shot. TSC Tartu Seminar's supporters rose to their feet, but Edvin Keskrand was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Priidu Vainamäe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Taavet Ööbik in the 21st minute of play forced Pajusi's goalkeeper Priidu Vainamäe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Priidu Vainamäe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvin Keskrand, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Priidu Vainamäe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taavet Ööbik in the 30th minute of the match. TSC Tartu Seminar's Kajar Nurk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save TSC Tartu Seminar from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, Pajusi's Kajar Nurk threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Kalle Vanatoa, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 35 minutes into the match, Pajusi's goal looked a bit too open when Taavet Ööbik came free, but Priidu Vainamäe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kajar Nurk made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Timo Äss sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, TSC Tartu Seminar's Kajar Nurk got control of the ball when Kalle Vanatoa tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half TSC Tartu Seminar were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a defensive mix-up in TSC Tartu Seminar's zone, Wincenty Kowalski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kajar Nurk came out of the goal and Wincenty Kowalski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Priidu Vainamäe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Taavet Ööbik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. TSC Tartu Seminar were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Pajusi's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arno Vabamüürlane took the corner. Alo Hurt hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. After 69 played minutes Pajusi got a freekick which was hit by Lembit Vinter. After a rather tough play, TSC Tartu Seminar's Vahur Onkel got a free kick in the 74th minute. After 74 played minutes, Pajusi's Roland Nõukas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kajar Nurk came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Pajusi reached it. Kajar Nurk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kalle Vanatoa in the 76th minute of the match. When Evald Reeder fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pajusi's protests and gave Evald Reeder a yellow card for diving instead. TSC Tartu Seminar's Arno Vabamüürlane got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Alo Hurt came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the TSC Tartu Seminar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alo Hurt couldn't finish the play. Edvin Keskrand kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. TSC Tartu Seminar's Kajar Nurk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Timo Äss in the 89th minute of play. The supporters of TSC Tartu Seminar booed when Pajusi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harald Aver didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over TSC Tartu Seminar could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Pajusi throughout the match.
