The audience was convinced that Nereo Rios's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aapo Okapuu was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. 26 minutes into the game, FC Palamuse's Nereo Rios nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aapo Okapuu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nereo Rios in the 47th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tiit Tombak was the one to do the kick off. Nereo Rios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonas Lille was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 65 minutes into the match. Nereo Rios shot the penalty kick right outside the post. After some careless play in the SK Pudukula defense, Kasimir Alp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aapo Okapuu. Aapo Okapuu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Palamuse. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Palamuse had played much better football throughout.
