In the 7th minute, Andres Veeru made a precise shot to the right of Rein Kahest. Pärnu Lihtsad FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Rein Kahest took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andres Veeru, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 19 played minutes FC Levadia Tallinn got a freekick which was hit by Andres Veeru. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andres Veeru in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rein Kahest prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kaspar Karm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pärnu Lihtsad FC's Rein Kahest played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Veeru in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Veeru in the 25th minute of play forced Pärnu Lihtsad FC's goalkeeper Rein Kahest to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of FC Levadia Tallinn booed when Pärnu Lihtsad FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andrus Pilvistu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 34 played minutes, FC Levadia Tallinn's Heigo Klaas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rein Kahest came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Levadia Tallinn reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Veeru in the 41st minute of play forced Pärnu Lihtsad FC's goalkeeper Rein Kahest to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Edvin Ridal came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Pärnu Lihtsad FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edvin Ridal couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Andres Veeru to strike the kick off in the second half. The FC Levadia Tallinn fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. With 67 minutes on the clock, Taimo Lasn commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After some careless play in the Pärnu Lihtsad FC defense, Andres Veeru kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rein Kahest. The Pärnu Lihtsad FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rein Kahest should have stopped the shot. Andres Veeru recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 88th match minute, Pärnu Lihtsad FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edvin Ridal to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, FC Levadia Tallinn's Heigo Klaas tried to score from far away in the 90th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Rein Kahest showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Volli Enkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andres Veeru got free with Rein Kahest in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Levadia Tallinn had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
