It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Oodo Kalm kicked off to start the match. Andrus Aasamaa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martti Kingisepp in the 3rd minute. Andrus Aasamaa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aivo Lossmann in the 4th minute of the match. Anton Räni hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in SK Sakha's zone, Martti Kingisepp stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andrus Aasamaa came out of the goal and Martti Kingisepp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aivo Lossmann received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Andrus Aasamaa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Martti Kingisepp who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Andrus Aasamaa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 15 minutes into the game, Anton Räni was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SK Sakha's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Halte the free kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Aivo Lossmann kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Andrus Aasamaa. That made the score 1-0 in the 16 minute of play. Martti Kingisepp's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Andrus Aasamaa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 28th minute Mark Kevad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrus Aasamaa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aivo Lossmann took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Andrus Aasamaa. Andrus Aasamaa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Maarek Remme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Räni in the 38th minute of play. Janno Otsatalu charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Janno Otsatalu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Halte booed when SK Sakha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Janno Otsatalu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aivo Lossmann struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Andrus Aasamaa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Halte.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aivo Lossmann made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Martti Kingisepp in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andrus Aasamaa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 54th minute, Janno Otsatalu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the game, Aivo Lossmann cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Andrus Aasamaa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 70th minute, Heldur Tihumets hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ainar Uss was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 73 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in SK Sakha fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 72nd minute. Penalty! Andrus Aasamaa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aivo Lossmann, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Martti Kingisepp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anton Räni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maarek Remme having to interfere. Joonatan Joller charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joonatan Joller the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 91st match minute, SK Sakha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joonatan Joller to maneuver through the defense. Andrus Aasamaa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aivo Lossmann went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Andrus Aasamaa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aivo Lossmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. There was no doubt that FC Halte were the better team. FC Halte's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
