Pärnu Lihtsad FC's Rein Kahest played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vello Veskur in the 15th minute of play. Rein Kahest showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vello Veskur, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. When Kajar Vabamüürlane fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sidani's protests and gave Kajar Vabamüürlane a yellow card for diving instead. After 30 played minutes Sidani got a freekick which was hit by Kajar Vabamüürlane. If Aimar Luhamaa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Taimo Lasn's late challenge caught a Sidani's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Taimo Lasn helped the player get up and apologised. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Sidani were awarded a corner in the 70th minute after Pärnu Lihtsad FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Esbjörn Göransson took the corner. Esbjörn Göransson made a great header on Sidani's corner, it was just that Pärnu Lihtsad FC's Rein Kahest managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, Sidani's Vello Veskur got a free kick in the 95th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Sidani's zone, Edvin Ridal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pascal Blommaert came out of the goal and Edvin Ridal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rein Kahest showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vello Veskur, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. Riivo Rank could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 100th minute of the match, but Rein Kahest made a huge save. Sidani's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
