Madis Kottise's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 4thth minute, Ain Talumets skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Madis Kottise kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 6thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Kungi's keeper Ain Talumets was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Arvo Urbalu hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Ain Talumets was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jakob Niilo. Ain Talumets showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Madis Kottise, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 10th minute, FC Põhja's Madis Kottise dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Kungi's Teet Lillemets got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Priit Emane showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aksel Laur, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 15 minutes into the game, Kungi's Aksel Laur nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Priit Emane made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 20th minute, Kungi's Raigo Leks seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Raigo Leks the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Kungi protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Raigo Leks had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 19 minutes into the game, one of Kungi:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave FC Põhja a penalty, 21 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jakob Niilo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Kungi's Ain Talumets. 2-1. With his leg Ain Talumets managed to avoid a goal in the 25thth minute, when FC Põhja's Madis Kottise fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a defensive mix-up in Kungi's zone, Jakob Niilo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ain Talumets came out of the goal and Jakob Niilo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Madis Kottise who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Ain Talumets when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 33 minutes into the match, FC Põhja's goal looked a bit too open when Teet Lillemets came free, but Priit Emane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Madis Kottise's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ain Talumets was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. A collision led to FC Põhja getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Taavi Kabonen hit a great ball. After 41 played minutes, Kungi's Endel Hansen shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Priit Emane came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kungi reached it. Madis Kottise's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 42ndth minute, Ain Talumets skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ain Talumets made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Madis Kottise sent off a good shot on target. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Madis Kottise put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ain Talumets. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Madis Kottise made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to FC Põhja getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Roland Liiva hit a great ball. When Teet Lillemets came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Kungi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teet Lillemets couldn't finish the play. Ain Talumets showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jakob Niilo, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 68 minutes into the match, Teet Lillemets notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of FC Põhja's Priit Emane. Priit Emane was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ain Talumets showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Madis Kottise in the 73rd minute of the match. 75 minutes into the game, Madis Kottise cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-2. Ain Talumets was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teet Lillemets in the 79th minute of play forced FC Põhja's goalkeeper Priit Emane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 80 minutes FC Põhja's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Endel Hansen who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to Kungi getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Arvo Urbalu hit a great ball. In the 91st minute, Madis Kottise ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ain Talumets was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-2. FC Põhja's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
