Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mattias Veiderma started the match with the kick off. A collision led to FC Wertykal getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Oodo Vares hit a great ball. If Aigar Mardipoeg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 0-1 became the score in the 10th minute when Aigar Mardipoeg elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With a little luck, Võru FC Helios's Hannes Lillemets got control of the ball when Kalju Kaldmaa tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Agu Hanson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eero Kalenik was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. In the 30th minute, FC Wertykal's Mattias Veiderma dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. The audience was convinced that Agu Hanson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eero Kalenik was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. After 40 minutes of play, FC Wertykal's Kalju Kaldmaa made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hannes Lillemets was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aigar Mardipoeg to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, FC Wertykal's goalkeeper Eero Kalenik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aigar Mardipoeg. After 52 played minutes FC Wertykal got a freekick which was hit by Oodo Vares. With his leg Eero Kalenik managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Võru FC Helios's Aigar Mardipoeg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 56 played minutes Võru FC Helios got a freekick which was hit by Eevald Voolaid. Aigar Mardipoeg in the 61stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eero Kalenik, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Oodo Vares hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Võru FC Helios made a substitution. Aivo Üle replaced Edgar Lainoja. In the 73rd minute Kalju Kaldmaa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hannes Lillemets saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eero Kalenik didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 77th minute, which inside left pole to 2-5. Hannes Lillemets took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mattias Veiderma, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute Mattias Veiderma shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hannes Lillemets saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by Võru FC Helios's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eino Kuld was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Wertykal's players had a chance to rest. The corner led FC Wertykal's Eino Kuld to fire away a dangerous shot which Hannes Lillemets despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of FC Wertykal booed when Võru FC Helios was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aadu Pihlak didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aadu Pihlak in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eero Kalenik prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aadu Pihlak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Eero Kalenik made a huge save. The FC Wertykal fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Võru FC Helios were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
