Alex Nagel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Joonas Laja's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. 20 minutes into the match, FS Yinnigu's goal looked a bit too open when Ott Lillepuu came free, but Alex Nagel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to FS Yinnigu getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Eimar Pärna hit a great ball. In the 28th minute, Ott Lillepuu made a precise shot to the right of Alex Nagel. FS Yinnigu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Joonas Laja recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ott Lillepuu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alex Nagel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. Mattias Bergström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andre Muruaas in the 42nd minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Joonas Laja made the kick off in the second half. Alex Nagel had great luck who in the 57thth minute grab hold of the ball when Ott Lillepuu from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 67 minutes into the game, Kaijo Jürisoo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FS Yinnigu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kyao the free kick.
