A hard shot 4 in the game by Siim Muusik from a close distance when the talented Ennu Eelmets managed to make a qualified save. FC White Stars's players were relieved. Siim Muusik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 10 played minutes FC White Stars got a freekick which was hit by Ernst Villems. 23 minutes into the match, FC Tamm's goal looked a bit too open when Dušan Vlahović came free, but Janno Tenno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Kristo Einama fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC White Stars's protests and gave Kristo Einama a yellow card for diving instead. After 28 minutes, Kuno Voormansik mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Tamm and the FC White Stars players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 28 played minutes FC Tamm got a freekick which was hit by Kuno Voormansik. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dušan Vlahović in the 32nd minute of play forced FC Tamm's goalkeeper Janno Tenno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC White Stars's Joonatan Müürisepp quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Pavel Kabonen, made in the 36th minute of the game. Pavel Kabonen hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute, FC White Stars's Kristo Einama seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Kristo Einama the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of FC White Stars protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Kristo Einama had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 43 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC White Stars! Marti Salumäe shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

56 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC Tamm's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kert Nilbe was slow to take the kick. During this time FC White Stars's players had a chance to rest. Kert Nilbe made a great header on FC White Stars's corner, it was just that FC Tamm's Janno Tenno managed to reach the ball for a save. Kaido Naaris hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 59th match minute, FC Tamm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pavel Kabonen to maneuver through the defense. Ennu Eelmets showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siim Muusik, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Joe Heinväli's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Janno Tenno read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. The supporters of FC White Stars booed when FC Tamm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pavel Kabonen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 74 minutes, Joe Heinväli made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC Tamm's Janno Tenno tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Siim Muusik in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ennu Eelmets saved FC White Stars from getting behind. The supporters of FC Tamm booed when FC White Stars was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joonatan Müürisepp didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC White Stars walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
