An unexpectedly hard shot by Siim Muusik in the 12th minute of play forced Karneri JK's goalkeeper Kaur Rillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harri Kalev might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Janno Tenno. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Harri Kalev ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Siim Muusik in the 21st minute of play forced Karneri JK's goalkeeper Kaur Rillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Lennart Trolla came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Karneri JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lennart Trolla couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, FC Tamm's Domenik Grasmaaijer got a free kick in the 25th minute. Kaur Rillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Siim Muusik, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Kaur Rillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siim Muusik in the 32nd minute of play. Karneri JK's Kaur Rillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Siim Muusik in the 33rd minute of play. In the 38th minute of the game, Lennart Trolla landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Einar Oidra charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Einar Oidra the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Einar Oidra hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Karneri JK's Aksel Laanemaa got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 46th match minute, FC Tamm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gert Saluste to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Siim Muusik made a kick off. Karneri JK's Kaur Rillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marti Salumäe in the 52nd minute of play. FC Tamm were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Karneri JK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marti Salumäe took the corner. After taking down the ball on FC Tamm's corner Marti Salumäe fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Kaur Rillo quite easily take care of the ball. Harri Kalev could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Janno Tenno made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domenik Grasmaaijer in the 64th minute of play forced Karneri JK's goalkeeper Kaur Rillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Karneri JK getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Aksel Laanemaa hit a great ball. Gert Saluste hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. 73 minutes into the match, Karneri JK's Andrus Ait sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Janno Tenno narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of Karneri JK booed when FC Tamm was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position.
