Spectators: 8439 (Terracing: 6330, Seating: 1941, VIP seats: 168) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Adam Zbagan started the match with the kick off. After some careless play in the Holsten defense, Carlos Augusto de Barros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mehdi De Carvalho. The Holsten fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mehdi De Carvalho should have stopped the shot. Mehdi De Carvalho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vasile Mumuleanu went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Uku Virmaline fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aurelio Theodore having to interfere. Mehdi De Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Augusto de Barros in the 13th minute of play. Frederick Palanques lost his temper 14 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The supporters of Vi Improved booed when Holsten was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frederick Palanques didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute Carlos Augusto de Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehdi De Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Ivan Vişoianu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dag Hedin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 21 minutes into the game, Vi Improved's Vasile Mumuleanu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mehdi De Carvalho made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Mehdi De Carvalho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Augusto de Barros in the 24th minute of play. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Miroslav Santamaria sped through Holsten's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mehdi De Carvalho. Mehdi De Carvalho came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Vi Improved's Vasile Mumuleanu. But to his dismay, Vasile Mumuleanu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. In the 36th minute Anastasio Erdiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehdi De Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Holsten's goal looked a bit too open when Miroslav Santamaria came free, but Mehdi De Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute Carlos Augusto de Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehdi De Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vasile Mumuleanu in the 41st minute of play forced Holsten's goalkeeper Mehdi De Carvalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aurelio Theodore came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Holsten's Adam Zbagan. But to his dismay, Adam Zbagan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. In the 48th minute Miroslav Santamaria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehdi De Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Miroslav Santamaria made the kick off in the second half. Evander Vester scored 1-7 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mehdi De Carvalho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Anastasio Erdiano hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. 63 minutes into the match, Holsten's goal looked a bit too open when Miroslav Santamaria came free, but Mehdi De Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anastasio Erdiano in the 67th minute of play forced Holsten's goalkeeper Mehdi De Carvalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 68 minutes, Elari Valu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vi Improved's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elari Valu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Holsten's Adam Zbagan in the 72nd minute got a chance for a shot 72nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vi Improved's goalie prevented a goal. Mehdi De Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miroslav Santamaria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mehdi De Carvalho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elari Valu in the 74th minute. Mehdi De Carvalho made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Evander Vester sent off a good shot on target. Holsten's Mehdi De Carvalho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasile Mumuleanu in the 78th minute of play. Mehdi De Carvalho made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Carlos Augusto de Barros sent off a good shot on target. In the 84th minute Turan Cansever shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Theodore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Holsten's goal looked a bit too open when Miroslav Santamaria came free, but Mehdi De Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elari Valu succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-8 in the 88th playminute. Evander Vester might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mehdi De Carvalho. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Evander Vester ran back to his position shaking his head. Mehdi De Carvalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Augusto de Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Augusto de Barros in the 96th minute of play forced Holsten's goalkeeper Mehdi De Carvalho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vi Improved played a much better game than Holsten and deserved their victory. The Holsten players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
