In the 18th minute, Harri Kane ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kusti Lõiv was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. If Harri Kane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the Kakumee JK defense, Edgar Zacharzewski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kusti Lõiv. The Kakumee JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kusti Lõiv should have stopped the shot. Kusti Lõiv took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harri Kane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kusti Lõiv stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edgar Zacharzewski's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. The Burnley FC fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when Burnley FC's Edgar Zacharzewski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edgar Zacharzewski to make the kick off. Kusti Lõiv was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Trayko Gradinarski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Edgar Zacharzewski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Kusti Lõiv made a huge save. In the 90th minute of the match 唐庭强 shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kusti Lõiv showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kakumee JK's Kusti Lõiv played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgar Zacharzewski in the 92nd minute of play. The Kakumee JK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Burnley FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Burnley FC.
