The corner led to FC Minerva Tallinn's Pablo Mergildo getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. After 17 minutes FS Taritu's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ray Sotelo who took care of the corner kick. In the 19th minute Pablo Mergildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Çeliker Sanay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Lauri Niit had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Çeliker Sanay. FS Taritu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lauri Niit was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The supporters of FS Taritu booed when FC Minerva Tallinn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cesar Sampaio didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Beppe Di Campli in the 38th minute of play forced FS Taritu's goalkeeper Çeliker Sanay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st match minute, FS Taritu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Perossi to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lauri Niit stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute Lauri Niit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Çeliker Sanay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Çeliker Sanay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lauri Niit in the 51st minute. In the 65th minute, Lauri Niit got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Uuno Kalle hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Çeliker Sanay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lauri Niit in the 67th minute. Martti Vares kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Ats Jaani hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 75th match minute, FC Minerva Tallinn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ats Jaani to maneuver through the defense. Ats Jaani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Çeliker Sanay having to interfere. FS Taritu's Çeliker Sanay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnulfo Dolfos in the 81st minute of play. FS Taritu's Çeliker Sanay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save FS Taritu from getting a goal against them. Çeliker Sanay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lauri Niit in the 83rd minute of the match. 91 minutes into the game, FS Taritu's Fernando Perossi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Taniel Maasar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-4. In the 95th minute, Ingmar Ojasaar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC Minerva Tallinn's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
