But to his dismay, Martti Landi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Andris Looga hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Vardi JK's Kalmer Lips got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Martti Landi took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Keijo Heiberg. Keijo Heiberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bongi Patrull's goalkeeper Igor Dovgan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Vardi JK's goal looked a bit too open when Andris Looga came free, but Keijo Heiberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Kalmer Lips managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vardi JK's supporters rose to their feet, but Kalmer Lips was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Igor Dovgan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Keijo Heiberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martti Landi in the 42nd minute of play. A collision led to Bongi Patrull getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kalmer Lips made a kick off. The Bongi Patrull fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. The shot was a little too simple and Keijo Heiberg could save by the left post. 66 minutes into the game, Pearu Müür was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vardi JK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bongi Patrull the free kick.
