Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Merdan Abesadze in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olav Ridal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Olav Ridal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Merdan Abesadze in the 37th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Merdan Abesadze's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olav Ridal was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Hiiu Pallurid's Merdan Abesadze slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Olav Ridal. That made the score 3-0 after 43 minutes of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

FC Hiiu Pallurid's Antti Valdma was substituted for Tavo Oidra.
