Uno Lemmik started the match with the kick off. A collision led to JK Raasna getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Edvin Ime hit a great ball. Vambola Rajur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Risto Raudsoo in the 5th minute of play. JK Raasna's Vambola Rajur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save JK Raasna from getting a goal against them. Üllar Tooma struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Vambola Rajur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Soodaa. After having played for 11 minutes, Arni Luiga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JK Raasna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arni Luiga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, FC Soodaa's Lauri Ahnus got a free kick in the 13th minute. After some careless play in the FC Soodaa defense, Uno Lemmik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kiur Nestra. The FC Soodaa fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kiur Nestra should have stopped the shot. JK Raasna's Uno Lemmik was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kiur Nestra in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Edvin Ime came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the JK Raasna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edvin Ime couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Risto Raudsoo managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Soodaa's supporters rose to their feet, but Risto Raudsoo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vambola Rajur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 36th minute, Vaino Vitsut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vambola Rajur made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eero Seen in the 38th minute. After a defensive mix-up in JK Raasna's zone, Risto Raudsoo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vambola Rajur came out of the goal and Risto Raudsoo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Kiur Nestra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uno Lemmik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 45 minutes, Risto Raudsoo took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Vambola Rajur to make any attempt to save it. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Risto Raudsoo was the one to do the kick off. Uno Lemmik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Kiur Nestra made a huge save. Kiur Nestra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aksel Avitaja, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 62nd match minute, FC Soodaa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leo Kelder to maneuver through the defense. Uno Lemmik was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 62nd minute. JK Raasna's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 64 minutes into the match, Uno Lemmik notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of FC Soodaa's Kiur Nestra. Kiur Nestra was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After having played for 74 minutes, Uno Lemmik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. JK Raasna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Uno Lemmik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of JK Raasna booed when FC Soodaa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lauri Ahnus didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th match minute, JK Raasna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergo Vahter to maneuver through the defense. If Üllar Tooma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 86 minutes into the game, Veiko Rooba was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. JK Raasna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Soodaa the free kick. Vambola Rajur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eero Seen in the 92nd minute of play. JK Raasna's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
