In the 30th minute Elmu Auväärt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Kari saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Elmu Auväärt notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of AnAn Youth Academy's Alex Kari. Alex Kari was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rauno Aps struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. The Lepste SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
Lepste SK's Ivar Viilukas was substituted for Rait Laaniste. After 53 played minutes Lepste SK got a freekick which was hit by Väino Nummert. Roland Haavel made a great header on AnAn Youth Academy's corner, it was just that Lepste SK's Leendert Schimmel managed to reach the ball for a save. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 73 minutes, Ivar Viilukas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lepste SK and the AnAn Youth Academy players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Lepste SK's Ivar Viilukas got a free kick in the 73rd minute. When Eerik Aas fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lepste SK's protests and gave Eerik Aas a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of AnAn Youth Academy booed when Lepste SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eerik Aas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute, Lepste SK's Elmar Kalinin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alex Kari. Alex Kari yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. If Väino Nummert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elmu Auväärt got free with Alex Kari in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alex Kari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Väino Nummert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. AnAn Youth Academy's Alex Kari proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save AnAn Youth Academy from getting a goal against them.
