Ermanno Fantasia had in the 8thth minute some difficulties stopping Carolo Ponce's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Vormsi Vald's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carolo Ponce in the 9th minute. The corner ended in Carolo Ponce almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Kuressaare Korsaarid's Ermanno Fantasia did a great save. Ermanno Fantasia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Ponce in the 12th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Villem Ärsis in the 13th minute of play forced Kuressaare Korsaarid's goalkeeper Ermanno Fantasia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vormsi Vald's Evaristo Truylos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Vormsi Vald from getting a goal against them. Evaristo Truylos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Virgo Emane in the 33rd minute of play. Evaristo Truylos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustav Võsoberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Vormsi Vald's Honorato Villagrán was substituted for Villem Ärsis. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kalmer Laanemaa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kalmer Laanemaa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Ermanno Fantasia made a huge save. Carolo Ponces short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Ermanno Fantasia to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ermanno Fantasia made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Kalmer Laanemaa sent off a good shot on target. If Kalmer Laanemaa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evaristo Truylos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rainer Klaar in the 62nd minute of play. Evaristo Truylos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rainer Klaar in the 63rd minute of the match. Evaristo Truylos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gustav Võsoberg's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. 66 minutes into the match, Vormsi Vald's goal looked a bit too open when Virgo Emane came free, but Evaristo Truylos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ermanno Fantasia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kalmer Laanemaa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 73 played minutes Vormsi Vald got a freekick which was hit by Leonel Vaz. Evaristo Truylos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Lucjan Rakowski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ermanno Fantasia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Kuressaare Korsaarid's goal looked a bit too open when Urmet Eenmaa came free, but Ermanno Fantasia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Evaristo Truylos came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Kuressaare Korsaarid's Rainer Klaar. But to his dismay, Rainer Klaar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Vormsi Vald's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
