Tõnu Kari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ermanno Fantasia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tõnu Kari went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tõnu Kari to make the kick off. In the 94thth minute of the game Rainer Klaar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but cruzados de gloria's Voldemar Põlluste was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 95th minute, Herbert Roosileht hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Voldemar Põlluste stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rainer Klaar's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Kuressaare Korsaarid were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of cruzados de gloria for a fine match.
