Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Priamos Economides started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ankaios Giannacopulos's late challenge caught a Boca Juniors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ankaios Giannacopulos helped the player get up and apologised. In the 9th match minute, Koúrnovon FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ankaios Giannacopulos to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Koúrnovon FC's Tassos Kezdoglou got a free kick in the 14th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Koúrnovon FC's Tassos Kezdoglou sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xanthos Picoulas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 23rdth minute of the game Melikertes Nikolaou who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Koúrnovon FC's Sofoklis Bouloukos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Xanthos Picoulas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Priamos Economides, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melikertes Nikolaou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Sofoklis Bouloukos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Koúrnovon FC's Priamos Economides ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Xanthos Picoulas. Xanthos Picoulas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When Iakobos Pantelakos fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Boca Juniors's protests and gave Iakobos Pantelakos a yellow card for diving instead. After a defensive mix-up in Boca Juniors's zone, Xanthos Giangos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xanthos Picoulas came out of the goal and Xanthos Giangos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 46th match minute, Boca Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laios Antoniou to maneuver through the defense. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Kolonos Roussos made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Priamos Economides in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xanthos Picoulas saved Boca Juniors from getting behind. Ptolemeus Dalianis's late challenge caught a Koúrnovon FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ptolemeus Dalianis helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Boca Juniors fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 55th minute. Penalty! If Kolonos Roussos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Boca Juniors's goalkeeper Xanthos Picoulas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Priamos Economides received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Xanthos Picoulas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tassos Kezdoglou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74thth minute of the game Tassos Kezdoglou who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Boca Juniors's Xanthos Picoulas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alekos Papastavrou hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Kolonos Roussos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xanthos Picoulas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tassos Kezdoglou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 93 minutes into the match, Priamos Economides had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Xanthos Picoulas. Boca Juniors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Priamos Economides was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 96th minute, Zacharias Rorris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tassos Kezdoglou recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the Koúrnovon FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
