The supporters of Slímista booed when AEL Limassol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kolonos Pantelas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 46th match minute, AEL Limassol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haimon Avgerinos to maneuver through the defense.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kroios Harames stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
