Spectators: 7672 (Terracing: 5862, Seating: 1750, VIP seats: 60) Aigyptos Matsoukis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Leukothoe Horiatis in the 15thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Takis Kapsimalles, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Troizen Harames hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Thanasis Zahakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Michalis Kiriakopoulos having to interfere. A collision led to Kolimvíthra BC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Akheloos Econome hit a great ball. Kolimvíthra BC's Troizen Harames got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lykurgos Stroggylis made a kick off. Troizen Harames sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 55 minutes, Patroklos Moundalexakis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pesky Peasants and the Kolimvíthra BC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kolimvíthra BC's Takis Kapsimalles played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aigyptos Matsoukis in the 88th minute of play. If Aigyptos Matsoukis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Thanasis Zahakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Kolimvíthra BC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Pesky Peasants throughout the match.
