After 29 played minutes omonia FC got a freekick which was hit by Makareus Kaloxylos. 33 minutes into the match, omonia FC's goalkeeper Alkestis Argitakos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nontas Antonopoulos. omonia FC's Alexandros Evanggenelis got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nontas Antonopoulos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Alkestis Argitakos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nontas Antonopoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alkestis Argitakos having to interfere. If Nontas Antonopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gylippus Mousa charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gylippus Mousa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gylippus Mousa hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute Iphitos Logarakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xouthos Chrysanthopoulos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
