Adrastos Mousa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kyszkos Kakavetsis having to make a save. Kyszkos Kakavetsis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrastos Mousa in the 8th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Leukothoe Tselios kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Khariklo Polites. That made the score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. Perikopí FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Leukothoe Tselios scored to the left of an out of position Khariklo Polites, making the score, 2-0. Pasxalis Chronis struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Kyszkos Kakavetsis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Perikopí FC. When Pasxalis Chronis came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Perikopí FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pasxalis Chronis couldn't finish the play. When the match had been going on for 32 minutes, WARRIORS's Nikias Comino got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Khariklo Polites. Kimon Valkanas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40thth minute of the game Adrastos Mousa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but WARRIORS's Kyszkos Kakavetsis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 41st minute, Leukothoe Tselios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Perikopí FC's Kimon Valkanas got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pavlos Stroggylis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Kyszkos Kakavetsis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kimon Valkanas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Perikopí FC booed when WARRIORS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Asopos Lolos didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, WARRIORS's Vaggelis Alatza got a free kick in the 54th minute. 55 minutes into the match, Perikopí FC's Pavlos Stroggylis broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Kostas Sakellaridis charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kostas Sakellaridis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 57th match minute, Perikopí FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kostas Sakellaridis to maneuver through the defense. Dimosthenis Petrakos's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kyszkos Kakavetsis firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 65th minute, Kyszkos Makrodimitris hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 66th minute, Oinomoas Antonakos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 71 minutes, Kimon Valkanas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Perikopí FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kimon Valkanas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Adrastos Mousa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Kyszkos Kakavetsis made a huge save. Dimosthenis Petrakos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Kyszkos Kakavetsis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
