The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aktaion Demakis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Myrtilos Horiatis in the 4th minute of the match. The supporters of Οι Λεβεντες ΦΚ booed when PANAIS-TEAM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Askanios Balouris didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Koios Jamussa in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Helios Tsimicalis saved Οι Λεβεντες ΦΚ from getting behind. Askanios Balouris hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Aktaion Demakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melikertes Gianakopulos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aktaion Demakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melikertes Gianakopulos in the 16th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Koios Jamussa put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Helios Tsimicalis. If Melikertes Gianakopulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Charalambos Calogerakis took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 35th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Aktaion Demakis. PANAIS-TEAM's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Helios Tsimicalis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Koios Jamussa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Helios Tsimicalis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koios Jamussa, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute, Patroklos Bertsimas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Koios Jamussa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Koios Jamussas short, quick shot in the 81stth minute got Helios Tsimicalis to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Οι Λεβεντες ΦΚ's zone, Koios Jamussa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Helios Tsimicalis came out of the goal and Koios Jamussa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
