After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Fanis Vassilikos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ashelaries F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Fanis Vassilikos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kroios Karabachos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kouremádi FC's Kolonos Haritopoulos suffered a sore thigh after 13 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The supporters of Kouremádi FC booed when Ashelaries F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manos Ladas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ashelaries F.C.'s Akis Pappageorge got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, Akis Pappageorge had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kroios Karabachos. Kouremádi FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Akis Pappageorge was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. With a little luck, Kouremádi FC's Kroios Karabachos got control of the ball when Fanis Vassilikos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Haides Kyritsis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kroios Karabachos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fanis Vassilikos in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Kouremádi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Dinekis Skouzas came free, but Kroios Karabachos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Kadmos Houlis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kouremádi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Kadmos Houlis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ademtos Petrakos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kadmos Houlis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Ademtos Petrakos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Ashelaries F.C. getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Iolaos Economides hit a great ball. Haides Kyritsis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Haides Kyritsis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manolis Stroggylis during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ashelaries F.C. booed when Kouremádi FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manolis Stroggylis didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 54th minute Fanis Vassilikos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kroios Karabachos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ademtos Petrakos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haides Kyritsis in the 55th minute of the match. 57 minutes into the match, Polybos Zahakis dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ademtos Petrakos, 1-1. Likymnios Balouris kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Polybos Zahakis took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ademtos Petrakos. Ademtos Petrakos dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Polybos Zahakis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ademtos Petrakos having to interfere. After 71 minutes, Dinekis Skouzas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ashelaries F.C. and the Kouremádi FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dinekis Skouzas kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Danaos Papoutsis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Polybos Zahakis struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Ademtos Petrakos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kouremádi FC. Haimon Bouzios kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ashelaries F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Iosif Papageorge was slow to take the kick. During this time Kouremádi FC's players had a chance to rest. After a rather tough play, Kouremádi FC's Danaos Papoutsis got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 83rd minute, Danaos Papoutsis fired away a hard free kick towards the goal. Ademtos Petrakos moved to his left, but didn't have to make a save as the ball went out of bounds. After having played for 90 minutes, Haides Kyritsis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kouremádi FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Haides Kyritsis was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kouremádi FC's Kroios Karabachos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fanis Vassilikos in the 92nd minute of play.
