When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Sofoklis Rigopoulos took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Aktaion Vlahos to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kelaino Demarchis in the 24th minute of play forced SamP FC's goalkeeper Evripidis Tsakoumis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Kelaino Haritos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aktaion Vlahos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sofoklis Rigopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 40th minute, Kelaino Haritos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aktaion Vlahos made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Kelaino Haritos sent off a good shot on target. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sofoklis Rigopoulos was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Kelaino Demarchis reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Evripidis Tsakoumis. The goal made the score 1-1. Aktaion Vlahos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kelaino Haritos's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Sofoklis Rigopoulos managed to get in a good position for a shot. SamP FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Sofoklis Rigopoulos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evripidis Tsakoumis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grigoris Bursinos in the 83rd minute of the match. The supporters of SamP FC booed when Gardhítsa BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kelaino Demarchis didn't get a good kick on the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Sofoklis Rigopoulos notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Gardhítsa BC's Aktaion Vlahos. Aktaion Vlahos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kelaino Haritos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute.
