The supporters of Pappadátes BC booed when Koúfaros BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Phaiakes Adamidis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Phaiakes Adamidis might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anios Vrettos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Phaiakes Adamidis ran back to his position shaking his head. Agis Mersinias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Anios Vrettos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Koúfaros BC's Takis Sakellaridis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ademtos Papanicolaou in the 22nd minute of play. After 23 minutes, Thomas Demakis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pappadátes BC and the Koúfaros BC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Koúfaros BC booed when Pappadátes BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomas Demakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 26 minutes, Phaiakes Adamidis managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Koúfaros BC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pappadátes BC the free kick. The supporters of Pappadátes BC booed when Koúfaros BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonzalo Katia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 31 played minutes Pappadátes BC got a freekick which was hit by Troizen Pantelakos. In the 34th minute, Xanthos Routsis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Phaiakes Adamidis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anios Vrettos having to make a save. If Phaiakes Adamidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Makhaon Papadis kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Takis Sakellaridis. That made the score 1-1 in the 48 minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Phaiakes Adamidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Phaiakes Adamidis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 58th minute of the match, but Anios Vrettos made a huge save. Gonzalo Katia was shown his second yellow card after 63 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Gonzalo Katia hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the match, Xanthos Routsis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Takis Sakellaridis. Koúfaros BC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Xanthos Routsis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pappadátes BC's goalkeeper Anios Vrettos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 74th minute, Leontin Albeanu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Takis Sakellaridis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hector Mehalitsenos in the 76th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Phaiakes Adamidis during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 81st minute, Phaiakes Adamidis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Leontin Albeanu put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Anios Vrettos. 91 minutes into the match, Koúfaros BC's Agis Mersinias sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anios Vrettos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xanthos Routsis in the 94th minute of play forced Koúfaros BC's goalkeeper Takis Sakellaridis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 98th minute Leontin Albeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anios Vrettos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
