ΑΠΕΠ ΠΙΤΣΙΛΙΑΣ's Akheloos Evanggenelis managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Epigonoi Tsaousidis in the 16 minute of the game. After having played for 17 minutes, Sofoklis Atsidakos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ΑΠΕΠ ΠΙΤΣΙΛΙΑΣ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sofoklis Atsidakos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Neil Litchfield didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sofoklis Atsidakos went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. 57 minutes into the game, Sofoklis Atsidakos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Neil Litchfield was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Neil Litchfield made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sofoklis Atsidakos in the 60th minute of play. Sofoklis Atsidakos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A well-hit corner resulted in Akamas Sarris heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. When Epigonoi Tsaousidis fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Asproyerakáta's protests and gave Epigonoi Tsaousidis a yellow card for diving instead. With his leg Neil Litchfield managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when ΑΠΕΠ ΠΙΤΣΙΛΙΑΣ's Sofoklis Atsidakos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Akheloos Evanggenelis charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Akheloos Evanggenelis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 72nd minute, Akheloos Evanggenelis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the match, Asproyerakáta's Euneos Rousses sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iosif Moisakos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Neil Litchfield showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sofoklis Atsidakos in the 85th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Sofoklis Atsidakos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Neil Litchfield. The goal made the score 1-7. Sofoklis Atsidakos took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Neil Litchfield. Neil Litchfield dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-8. ΑΠΕΠ ΠΙΤΣΙΛΙΑΣ played a much better game than Asproyerakáta and deserved their victory. The Asproyerakáta players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
