Glasgow's Lykurgos Georgenes got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Orthros Tassioglou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lykurgos Georgenes in the 5th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Xouthos Pezos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Lykurgos Georgenes sped through Kıbrıs Türk Gücü's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Orthros Tassioglou. Xouthos Pezos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orthros Tassioglou having to interfere. Sokratis Patsatzis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lykurgos Georgenes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Lykurgos Georgenes notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Kıbrıs Türk Gücü's Orthros Tassioglou. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Lykurgos Georgenes sped through Kıbrıs Türk Gücü's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Orthros Tassioglou. Glasgow's Srećko Soldo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Glasgow from getting a goal against them. Lykurgos Georgenes scored 8-0 in the 74th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Orthros Tassioglou, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Orthros Tassioglou didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lykurgos Georgenes went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. After 84 minutes, Lykurgos Georgenes made it 10-0 with a short kick to the right side. Kıbrıs Türk Gücü's Orthros Tassioglou tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 93rd minute Xouthos Pezos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Orthros Tassioglou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Lykurgos Georgenes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Orthros Tassioglou. Kıbrıs Türk Gücü's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lykurgos Georgenes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 11-0.
