Fernado Alves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sang Gama, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. 17 minutes into the match, APOELHELLAS's goalkeeper Rey Acitores had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christiano Ronaldo. APOELHELLAS's Rey Acitores proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save APOELHELLAS from getting a goal against them. In the 31stth minute of the game Sang Gama who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Unione Sportiva's Fernado Alves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rey Acitores made an important save on a dangerous shot by Christiano Ronaldo in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute, Quique Meckes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, APOELHELLAS's Rey Acitores got control of the ball when Christiano Ronaldo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fernado Alves came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by APOELHELLAS's Leonard Popowicz. But to his dismay, Leonard Popowicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Anton Hylander made in the 42nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Unione Sportiva's Khariklo Bilias. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sang Gama to make the kick off. APOELHELLAS's Rey Acitores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christiano Ronaldo in the 54th minute of play. 55 minutes into the match, Christiano Ronaldo notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of APOELHELLAS's Rey Acitores. Rey Acitores was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. But to his dismay, Christiano Ronaldo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 66 minutes into the match, APOELHELLAS's goal looked a bit too open when Christiano Ronaldo came free, but Rey Acitores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rey Acitores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kimon Yfantis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute, Sang Gama got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. APOELHELLAS's Rey Acitores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christiano Ronaldo in the 74th minute of play. Leonard Popowicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Fernado Alves made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Christiano Ronaldo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rey Acitores was relentless in the 87th minute of the game. Iphiklos Patrianakos kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, APOELHELLAS's goal looked a bit too open when Christiano Ronaldo came free, but Rey Acitores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Unione Sportiva were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of APOELHELLAS for a fine match.
