Rey Acitores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryszard Bronicki in the 7th minute of play. Leonard Popowicz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Matias Ralondo made a huge save. A collision led to APOELHELLAS getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Aglauros Sakellariou hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ryszard Bronicki in the 16th minute of play forced APOELHELLAS's goalkeeper Rey Acitores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rey Acitores came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico Kyperountas's Ryszard Bronicki. But to his dismay, Ryszard Bronicki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Rey Acitores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ryszard Bronicki in the 20th minute of the match. Ryszard Bronicki spun around in front of the goal 25 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of APOELHELLAS's goal. Rey Acitores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ryszard Bronicki, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Rey Acitores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Wyrzykowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rey Acitores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryszard Bronicki in the 31st minute of play. Leonard Popowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 39 minutes into the match, Atletico Kyperountas's Ryszard Bronicki sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rey Acitores narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, APOELHELLAS's Aglauros Sakellariou got a free kick in the 41st minute. The Atletico Kyperountas fans' excitement grew in the 45th match minute when Atletico Kyperountas's Jan Wyrzykowski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 47 played minutes APOELHELLAS got a freekick which was hit by Leonard Popowicz.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ryszard Bronicki to make the kick off. Ryszard Bronicki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. Rey Acitores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryszard Bronicki in the 63rd minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, APOELHELLAS's goal looked a bit too open when Ryszard Bronicki came free, but Rey Acitores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 73 minutes into the game, Ryszard Bronicki recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rey Acitores. Ryszard Bronicki showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3.
