The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Empire of Soccer's Wit Beton got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Ladislao Harriet struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Francisco Borges didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Empire of Soccer. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ladislao Harriet in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Francisco Borges saved Bulldogs F.C from getting behind. After 13 minutes of play, Empire of Soccer's Ladislao Harriet made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Francisco Borges was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 16th minute, Wit Beton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Francisco Borges stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ladislao Harriet's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. 22 minutes into the match, Bulldogs F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Wit Beton came free, but Francisco Borges reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matej Dupal charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Matej Dupal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 32 played minutes Bulldogs F.C got a freekick which was hit by Matej Dupal. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Ladislao Harriet put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Francisco Borges. Francisco Borges made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ladislao Harriet in the 38th minute. Matej Dupal hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alexandre Sampaio in the 47th minute of play forced Empire of Soccer's goalkeeper Nestor Guillelmus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alexandre Sampaio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexandre Sampaio got free with Nestor Guillelmus in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Francisco Borges showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Harriet, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Bulldogs F.C's Francisco Borges played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ladislao Harriet in the 66th minute of play. Ladislao Harriet might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Francisco Borges. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. But to his dismay, Ladislao Harriet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Xanthos Fikias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Francisco Borges tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Túlio Maravilha came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Bulldogs F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Túlio Maravilha couldn't finish the play. 85 minutes into the match, Ladislao Harriet had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Francisco Borges. Bulldogs F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ladislao Harriet was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 89th match minute, Bulldogs F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by 蔡夕坤 to maneuver through the defense.
