With an all-out effort, Bulldogs F.C's Rey Acitores threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Túlio Maravilha, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rey Acitores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giannis Tselikas, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 89th minute, Quique Meckes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rey Acitores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Túlio Maravilha in the 93rd minute of play. Rey Acitores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Túlio Maravilha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matej Dupal made in the 96th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by APOELHELLAS's Leonard Popowicz. When Alexandre Sampaio came up free with the goalie in the 99th minute, the Bulldogs F.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alexandre Sampaio couldn't finish the play.
