But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aleksandr Dubrovsky couldn't finish the play. In the 7th minute Vitaly Khaecky shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Svetapolk Smolich saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9th minute, ФК Телеханы's Vitaly Khaecky ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Svetapolk Smolich. Svetapolk Smolich yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Svetapolk Smolich made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitaly Khaecky in the 13th minute of play. Svetapolk Smolich showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cheslav Sokolov in the 15th minute of the match. Szklow's Aleksandr Dubrovsky got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 23 minutes in the game Branislav Trusov did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Nester Korolev. Aleksandr Dubrovsky struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Jakim Sergeev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Szklow. Nester Korolev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Aleksandr Dubrovsky managed to get in a good position for a shot. Szklow's supporters rose to their feet, but Aleksandr Dubrovsky was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jakim Sergeev breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 37th minute, Vitaly Khaecky got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jakim Sergeev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aleksandr Dubrovsky, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 45 minutes into the match, ФК Телеханы's Vitaly Khaecky sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Svetapolk Smolich narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vitaly Khaecky to make the kick off. Jakim Sergeev came out of the goal and Aleksandr Dubrovsky tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vitaly Khaecky took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Svetapolk Smolich. Svetapolk Smolich dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After a rather tough play, ФК Телеханы's Konstantin Arpuhovich got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Szklow's Nester Dmitriev got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. ФК Телеханы had won after a very even match.
