Spectators: 6800 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1800, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Svetapolk Kuzmin started the match with the kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Svetamir Masarnovsky managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rechitsa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Svetamir Masarnovsky was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nikanor Kalashnikov kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After having played for 5 minutes, Yuriy Palferov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rechitsa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yuriy Palferov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Svetapolk Kuzmin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vadim Chystiakov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Genady Liavonov, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Svetapolk Kuzmin took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vadim Chystiakov. Vadim Chystiakov dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Vladimir Borisenko made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Svetamir Masarnovsky sent off a good shot on target. Yuriy Palferov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Borisov's goalkeeper Vladimir Borisenko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuriy Palferov in the 28th minute of play forced Borisov's goalkeeper Vladimir Borisenko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arkady Bannikov charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arkady Bannikov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 29th match minute, Borisov was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arkady Bannikov to maneuver through the defense. Yuriy Palferov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Genady Liavonov in the 38th minute of play forced Rechitsa's goalkeeper Vadim Chystiakov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Svetapolk Kuzmin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 43rd minute Genady Liavonov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vadim Chystiakov saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vladimir Borisenko made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Svetamir Masarnovsky sent off a good shot on target. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

57 minutes into the match, Rechitsa's goal looked a bit too open when Svetapolk Kuzmin came free, but Vadim Chystiakov reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58th minute, Svetamir Masarnovsky ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vladimir Borisenko was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Svetapolk Kuzmin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Vadim Chystiakov came out and tried to block the shot, but Svetapolk Kuzmin slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 63rd minute. 73 minutes into the match, Yuriy Palferov notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Borisov's Vladimir Borisenko. Vladimir Borisenko was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Timofey Khramenkov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Vadim Chystiakov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vladimir Borisenko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Yuriy Palferov's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Vladimir Borisenko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Svetamir Masarnovsky in the 81st minute of the match. Yuriy Palferov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimir Borisenko having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Borisov's Timofey Khramenkov got a free kick in the 87th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Svetamir Masarnovsky managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rechitsa's supporters rose to their feet, but Svetamir Masarnovsky was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vladimir Borisenko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rechitsa's Yuriy Palferov got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
