Spectators: 7500 (Terracing: 5625, Seating: 1725, VIP seats: 150) Zewzek SK's Santos Griffin started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the match, Jo Croxford notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Minsk's Apanas Makavets. Apanas Makavets was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Apanas Makavets showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marat Lebedev, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After 11 played minutes Minsk got a freekick which was hit by Leonid Lobanov. After 13 played minutes, Zewzek SK's Marat Lebedev shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Apanas Makavets came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Zewzek SK reached it. After 13 played minutes Minsk got a freekick which was hit by Leonid Lobanov. In the 15th minute of the match Oleg Kovalevsky sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Apanas Makavets skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Minsk's Viktor Dubkov got a free kick in the 18th minute. Apanas Makavets came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Zewzek SK's Santos Griffin. But to his dismay, Santos Griffin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Minsk's Apanas Makavets played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jo Croxford in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergey Charnikovich in the 25th minute of play forced Minsk's goalkeeper Apanas Makavets to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Santos Griffin took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Apanas Makavets. Apanas Makavets dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After having played for 31 minutes, Jo Croxford managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Zewzek SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jo Croxford was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Apanas Makavets showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jo Croxford, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 38 minutes Minsk's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Oleg Kovalevsky who took care of the corner kick. Zewzek SK's Oleg Kovalevsky was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Apanas Makavets in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The supporters of Minsk booed when Zewzek SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oleg Kovalevsky didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 44 played minutes Minsk got a freekick which was hit by Leonid Lobanov. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Viktor Dubkov made the kick off in the second half. The Zewzek SK fans' excitement grew in the 60th match minute when Zewzek SK's Santos Griffin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Apanas Makavets didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marat Lebedev went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Jo Croxford succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-6 in the 66th playminute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Santos Griffin in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Apanas Makavets prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leonid Rabovich hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute, Jo Croxford ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Apanas Makavets was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Apanas Makavets was a little too slow when Jo Croxford got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 0-8. Santos Griffin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 92nd minute, 卓威正 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zewzek SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-9. The Minsk supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Zewzek SK's performance. The match ended with a win for Zewzek SK.
