Temelko Krushovski in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Stoil Kefirov, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Stoil Kefirov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Martin Serbezov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Temelko Krushovski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Stoil Kefirov having to interfere. Stoil Kefirov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martin Serbezov's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Ognyan Tzonkin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 26th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Petko Dachev. FC Satovdza's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. PFK CSKA SOFIA's Milan Mudrov got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Panayot Trenkov might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Petko Dachev. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Panayot Trenkov ran back to his position shaking his head. Stoil Kefirov was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Martin Serbezov capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Martin Serbezov really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. After having played for 40 minutes, Panayot Trenkov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PFK CSKA SOFIA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Panayot Trenkov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Panayot Trenkov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Martin Serbezov managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Satovdza's supporters rose to their feet, but Martin Serbezov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stoil Kefirov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 50th minute of the match FC Satovdza got a corner. PFK CSKA SOFIA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Strahil Kukev ran over to the corner to take the kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Martin Serbezov made a kick off. If Panayot Trenkov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, FC Satovdza's Petko Dachev got control of the ball when Milan Mudrov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Milan Mudrov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Petko Dachev having to interfere. 64 minutes into the match, FC Satovdza's goalkeeper Petko Dachev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Milan Mudrov. The audience thought a goal was coming when Milan Mudrov got free with Petko Dachev in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 70 minutes, Martin Serbezov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Satovdza's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Serbezov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stoil Kefirov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Serbezov in the 73rd minute of play. FC Satovdza's Petko Dachev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save FC Satovdza from getting a goal against them. After 83 minutes of play, FC Satovdza's Temelko Krushovski made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stoil Kefirov was left in no man's land by his defense there! When FC Satovdza's Temelko Krushovski in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Temelko Krushovski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Stoil Kefirov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. FC Satovdza's Martin Serbezov got a good chance for a goal in the 100th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the PFK CSKA SOFIA players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Satovdza.
