Veliko Karaburov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damyan Chervenyashki having to interfere. Albert Tarlov hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Plamen Budinov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nedyalko Chilov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th match minute, Boykovo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vasil Hristovski to maneuver through the defense. Plamen Budinov stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Apostol Patzev's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. If Mladen Harlanov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mladen Harlanov came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Boykovo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mladen Harlanov couldn't finish the play. After 36 minutes, Zahari Tatarov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Boykovo and the Sariebib players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 36th match minute, Boykovo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zahari Tatarov to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nedyalko Chilov in the 38th minute of play forced Boykovo's goalkeeper Plamen Budinov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sariebib's Damyan Chervenyashki proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Sariebib from getting a goal against them. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Apostol Patzev was the one to do the kick off. Apostol Patzev received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Plamen Budinov came out and tried to block the shot, but Apostol Patzev slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 52nd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Apostol Patzev in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Plamen Budinov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sariebib's Damyan Chervenyashki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Veliko Karaburov in the 70th minute of play. A collision led to Sariebib getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Valkan Rusimov hit a great ball. Veliko Karaburov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Damyan Chervenyashki having to make a save. 83 minutes into the game, Boykovo's Veliko Karaburov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Damyan Chervenyashki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 96 minutes into the match, Boykovo's goalkeeper Plamen Budinov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nedyalko Chilov. Boykovo were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
